About Rachel

I have a bachelors degree in Family and Consumer Science-Early Childhood Development, this along with my many years of experience have taught me that consistency helps children to learn boundaries and become confident in their surroundings. Young children learn from each experience, whether it is reading books or counting while out on a walk! Forming positive secure relationships is one of the most important things an infant can learn. Providing them with a loving, consistent environment where they feel safe to explore, will help them to grow, develop, and thrive. I have worked with many different families, some I have stayed with for two or more years. I feel it is important for me to be adaptable with families. The families I am with are my first priority, I want to help families be able to spend time together. I appreciate a family that is friendly, caring, and communicative. I will spend a lot of time with your children so it is usually a very close relationship.
