Hi my name is Rachel! I have been watching children from a very young age, and now have three of my own. My boys are 4, 2, and 5 months, and are my whole world. I'm looking to help some other families with taking care of their loved ones as well. I have experience with special needs, young children, and older children. Nurturing a child's development and making a positive impact on their daily life is my true passion. My background includes First Aid Training and CPR Training, along with experience supporting children with special needs. I am very comfortable enforcing your household rules to ensure consistency. I love engaging children through outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities. I prioritize clear communication, providing daily reports and regular updates via text or phone calls. I am also available to assist with carpooling, travel, and creative crafts. I look forward to becoming a reliable partner in your family's life and helping your children grow.
