Hi im Rachel! Nurturing a child's development is my true passion, and I have spent the last six years dedicated to providing reliable, compassionate care for families. I'm a Lead Teacher! My approach is patient, calm, and creative, ensuring that your children feel supported and engaged throughout the day. I hold First Aid Training, CPR Training, and have completed Early Child Development Coursework to ensure the highest safety standards. I love organizing outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities that make learning fun. I am very comfortable enforcing your household rules and am happy to assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and crafts. I prioritize clear communication, providing regular updates through daily reports, texts, or chats at pickup. I am comfortable caring for up to three children, ranging from infants to school-aged.
