About Rachel

I have several years of childcare experience and, as the oldest on both sides of my family, I was often the go-to babysitter and caretaker, childcare is like second nature to me. I've also cared for children with diverse needs, including a family member with autism. Before moving to Chicago, I worked in public relations in New York City, where I built strong organizational and communication skills that should translate well into childcare. I'm now pursuing a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling at DePaul, with classes on Monday and Thursday evenings, so I'm available until 5 p.m. those days and more flexible on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I'm dependable, quick to learn, and bring patience, creativity, and genuine care to every family I work with.
