I enjoy taking care of seniors because they have so much wisdom and life stories. They are a joy to be around and my goal is to help them to have the best quality of life. I like to treat everyone like they are my family with heart and passion. I have 6 1/2 years of caregiving experience. My experience is with dementia, behavioral issues, medication management, meal preparation , diaper changes, bathing, mobility issues, physical therapy through exercise, and activities. I took care of my 87-year-old mother who had cancer, dementia , and mobility issues through at home hospice care in 2019. I also did a live in care position to take care of an 86 yr old with dementia and mobility issues.. I try to put myself in the seniors shoes to better understand them. I keep a close eye on the senior and read body language to help to resolve any problems Everyone is different and needs a different care plan to achieve their goals. I can do overnight care anytime. My pay is also negotiable.
