Rachel is absolutely delightful! I hired her as a direct support person for my 19-year-old son who has Non-Verbal Autism and challenging behaviors. She jumped right in, eager to learn and lend a much-needed hand. She took direction well, asked good questions, was proactive, and was not afraid to try. For that, I am so very appreciative. While my guy wound up being more than she was ready to take on, I would not hesitate to recommend her. Rachel is a rare find; any family would be lucky to have her!
