About Rachel

Hi! I'm Rachel. I'm a newly married military wife who is new to the DC area, and is looking for a part-time nannying position. Before moving here, I spent a year as an Au Pair and Live-In New Mother's help in Europe. I cared for children aged 1 month to 10 years old. I absolutely love what I do so it was very difficult to leave the last family I was working for, but I am greatly looking forward to finding a new family here in DC! On top of the experience I have from the past year, I spent a lot of time babysitting through highschool. I also have 5 younger siblings (the youngest being 13 years younger than me), so I understand children and find it very easy to get along with and connect with all ages.
