About Rachel

I have experience working with the elderly and disabled adults. For the past eight years I have dedicated myself to helping others in many different facets from home healthcare, nursing home, and group home. I've assisted helping people in maintaining their personal hygiene and daily living routines. I've also provided them comfort and monitored their vital signs. I've worked in a Rehab wing of a nursing home which gave me a lot of experience caring for people in the areas of injury care, post surgery care, care during an illness, and end of life care. I am also CPR certified, first aid certified and trained and experienced in lifting and transferring adults. Doing this kind of work has shown me the joy of taking care of the elderly and those of need of daily care due to injury or illness. I love to work with elderly adults and adults with special needs because I love to help people reach their greatest potential.
