About Rachel

By the time we found Rachel, our mother had not taken a proper shower in over a year. She steadfastly refused to bathe, to see a doctor, or to leave the house. We had been advised by a caregiving agency nurse to medicate her, for her own happiness. When Rachel arrived, everything changed. Rachel is caring and clear, wise far beyond her age. She's genuinely cared for our mother with all her heart, and my mother responds to her with trust and openness. Iâ ve never seen my mother so at peace. Rachel showers her regularly, changes her without a fight, and dresses her up beautifully to leave the house. Rachel has transformed our world, and we are so grateful. She also goes above and beyond, cleaning and organizing things, assisting us with meals, and sharing excellent suggestions for how we can improve our mother's care even more. She has an amazing voice, sharing a love of music with our mother, and she also works excellently with our second caregiver, making the two of them a wonderful team. We couldn't be happier to have her, and highly recommend Rachel to anyone else seeking the best of care for their loved ones.
