About Rachel

I'm HHA, CPR/First Aide certified, looking to become like a member of the family to whomever I'm providing care for. I have previous experience with personal care, hoyer lift/mobility, hospice care, light house-keeping/laundry, companionship, running errands, observing and communicating medical changes as well as plenty of experience working with memory care patients. I have live-in and extended shift experience. I am a very organized and clean person with a desire to work in an orderly space. I believe in creating a positive, caring and safe environment in which an older person can thrive as well as feel appreciated, regarded and important. I look forward to finding seniors I can build both a personable and professional relationship with in order to provide outstanding care. I enjoy walks, chatting, cooking meals and general conversation! Please note that I do have a significant amount of hoyer lift experience but I can't perform unassisted transfers on a regular basis.
