Rachel has been our infant son's nanny since he was 6 months old. He is now about 10 months old. Rachel is incredibly sweet. She is absolutely wonderful with our little man and loves/treats him like family. Rachel is very reliable, and always early. She helps tremendously around the house too (putting dishes away, doing the baby's laundry, etc.). Sadly, we will be moving. Wish we could bring Rachel with us! I know our little dude will miss her a lot! She comes highly recommended by this momma :)
