About Rachel

Caring for children and supporting their growth and development is something I truly enjoy. I have three years of experience working with children and currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician. Through my experience, I have developed a patient, calm, and creative approach while helping children follow routines, communicate their needs, and participate in age-appropriate activities. My first language is Spanish, but I am comfortable communicating in English and continue improving my language skills every day. I am CPR and First Aid certified and comfortable assisting with meal preparation, light housekeeping, homework, and transportation. I enjoy planning fun activities such as board games, puzzles, outdoor play, and educational games. I respect each family's household rules and preferred routines, and I will keep parents informed about their child's day. I look forward to creating a safe, positive, and caring environment for your children.
