About Rachel

I am a rising senior at the University of Connecticut majoring in Human Development and Family Sciences. With that being said, I'm passionate about nurturing the growth of young minds, which is why I aspire to be a childcare provider. My friendly and approachable nature creates a comfortable environment for children to thrive. I make sure to keep parents updated on their child's day and any concerns that arise during verbal communication at pickup. My approach to enforcing household rules is guided by the parents' preferences. I am very active and enjoy playing outdoor activities as well as educational games that promote learning and development. I have extensive childcare experience and I'm more than ready to care for up to three children between the ages of 1 and 12. I am looking for a summer-long opportunity and will be returning to school August 23rd. My schedule is very flexible as I am available M-F as well as weekends. I hope to be a positive influence in your child's life!
