About Rachel

I'd describe my personality as patient, caring, and optimistic. I like working with kids because I truly believe we can learn so much from children. They see the world with bright and creative eyes and have so much love to give. Working with children brings something new and exciting into your life every single day and never fails to put the biggest smile on my face. I started working with kids when I was 12 years old, as a junior camp counselor , and I have been working with children ever since. Over the past 8 years, I have babysat for many families and have also been student teaching over the past couple of months in a second grade classroom. One thing you should know about me is I am very passionate about working with children. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, so I am excited and ready to spend the rest of my life teaching and having a major role in children's' development.
