About Rachel

Nurturing children and watching them blossom is my greatest joy. For the past two years, I've had the pleasure of caring for children aged 4 and up, providing a safe and stimulating environment where they can thrive. My background includes coursework in Early Child Development, and I am also currently earning my Masters in Social Work. I'm patient, creative, and approachable, and I love engaging kids with outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and always communicate with parents via text or phone call, based on their preference, to provide regular updates. I am happy to assist with cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, travel, crafts, and swimming supervision. I am comfortable caring for one child at a time. Although I have some graduate school experience, my true education comes from the children themselves. I speak English, Portuguese, and Spanish. I am elated to meet you!
