About Rachel

My skills include adaptability, empathy, and communication. I'd describe my personality as patient, creative, and dedicated. I like working with kids because its rewarding, fun, and fulfilling, allowing me to make a positive impact on their lives and witness their growth. I started working with kids when I was a teen. I volunteered at Girls Incorporated at 13 and became a staff member at 15. Working in many difderent school aged groups for six more years until joining the preschool setting as a toddler and infant teacher. I believe the most important thing is prioritizing your child's safety and well being above all else. This means following routines, being prepared for emergencies, and maintaining communication. Being reliable, adaptable, and respectful of family rules and your child's unique needs.
