Rachel has babysat my three boys (age 11 months, 2.5, and 4 years old) since my first son was born. She is thoughtful, kind, patient, creative, attentive, and so much FUN! She has done an amazing job of observing my style of parenting so that she can replicate it when she is watching my boys. They absolutely adore her and are so excited everytime she comes over! She is a hard worker with a kind heart, is very detailed oriented, and has great time management even while wrangling three very energetic boys. She comes up with the most fun and creative games to play and they always have a blast with her! She is a gift to any family she works with!
