About Rachel

I have a special place in my heart for helping seniors stay comfortable and independent in their own homes. I learned firsthand with my grandparents that sometimes someone doesn't need to be placed in a facility-they simply need a little extra support, companionship, and someone they can trust. I helped my grandparents with meal prep, cooking, light cleaning, laundry, gardening, grocery shopping, errands, doctor's appointments, hair appointments, lunch dates, and just spending time together. I'm happy to help with the everyday things that can become more difficult while still allowing someone to maintain their independence. I'm dependable, patient, CPR/BLS certified, and have many years of experience working with patients in healthcare settings. I'm available for companionship, appointments and transportation, errands and shopping, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and general non-medical support.
