About Rachel

Hello! My name is Rachel and I enjoy helping people maintain their independence while remaining in the comfort of their own homes, whether it's sharing conversations, going for walks, helping with light housekeeping, or simply providing companionship. I enjoy assisting others while treating them with dignity, patience, and respect. My caregiving experience started long ago, but my CNA certification is recent and I'm currently in nursing school to increase my knowledge and skills in patient care. My care knowledge began at a young age when my grandmother turned our home into an adult family home. Growing up in that environment taught me compassion, patience, and understanding. I have worked in nursing homes and provided home health care in the past so I have experience with cleaning, dressing, changing, bathing, preparing light meals, feeding and companionship. When I'm not working or studying, I enjoy spending time with family, working with epoxy, photography, and other fun crafts.
