Rachel cares for children in such a wonderful refreshing way, using her bright imagination and easy sense of humor to navigate the world with the children in her care. I loved noticing special moments of genuine shared excitement upon a discovery or decision with an exploring child. She has cared wonderfully for my own daughter as well during the time I had the privilege of being her coworker.
