Rachel was coming for an interview but failed to let us know she was still 45 minutes behind until just 5 minutes before the interview time (after I messaged her). She then said she was stuck in a traffic jam that didn’t show on any map app (we checked several). We were patient and understanding but she stopped replying when we asked her to send a screenshot of her location on the map. She was clearly caught in a lie. Perhaps she’s a good caretaker, but we didn’t care to move forward with her.
