About Rachel

Hi all! I'm Rachel, a 27-year-old nanny turned yacht stewardess from Southern California. I have been a Care. com user for over 10 years, and have successfully matched with 7 families. After nannying through college, riding out COVID as a pod-tutor, then eventually graduating with my bachelors in Elementary Education in 2021, I began substitute teaching for SDUSD. Then in 2023, after spending a summer Au-Pairing in Italy, I discovered my passion for travel and dove head first into a career in hospitality and tourism. Over the past 4 years I have been fortunate enough to travel 30+ countries and live/work all over the world in places such as Croatia, London, and the Caribbean. I have recently returned from my travels to take a break to prioritize family and health and am looking for part-time caregiver work as supplemental income. I look forward to connecting with you!
