About Rachel

Hi! My name is Rachel and I have been babysiting children of all ages on and off for the past 8 years. Currently I am nannying 3 kids in Lincoln Park, ages 2, 4, and 6, as well as doing all of the house cleaning tasks and food prep needs. I've been with them for over two years. They are a lovely family, but I am looking for additional hours. I'm a musician and have regular weekend gigs around the city. I studied at IU JSOM and have a bachelors degree in music performance. I moved to Chicago for more opportunities to grow. I love working with kids, as it gives me a nice balance to my music profession. I'm the 3rd oldest of 9 kids, and have been helping to take care of kids basically my entire life. It's something I really enjoy. Playing with and teaching them new things is something that really lights me up. It's fun to see them explore in new ways and express themselves as they are learning about themselves and the world around them. Looking forward to connecting!
