About Rachel

Hi, my name is Rachel, but the children love to call me Rae Rae. I have been taking care of children most of my life. It started when I was 16, while home schooled, I was a nanny for a toddler throughout the week. I am currently caring for one child in the north Alabama area. Sadly I will be leaving them in August, but happy because it is moving me back to live closer to family in Louisiana. Before this family I was a full-time nanny for two amazing families in south Louisiana. I started with the first family when they had their newborn. I was blessed to stay on with them for many years after. I ended up caring for all three of their children until the youngest started pre-school. I have also cared for another family, starting with their newborn until she started school as well. My nanny style is playful while teaching kids through day to day interactions. I use all interactions to teach manners, caring/sharing, and respect for everyone.
