Rachell is an angel! She exceeds the bar in caring for my mom. Rachell is always on time if not early, dependable and trustworthy. Rachell is happy to rearrange her schedule to fit with things that come up in our schedules. This is my first time hiring a caregiver for my mom or anyone, and she certainly has exceeded my expectations. You only have to show her once how you would like things done and she's got it. No extra direction and she gives me such peace of mind when she is relieving me from caring for my mom. Rachell brings interesting activities in and also is like an activity coordinator for my mom which has been a real struggle for me trying to keep my mom engaged all day long. My hopes are that Rachell will stay with us throughout the rest of my mom's lifetime.
