She just gets it- & my little one was always put at ease when she was around- he was able to meet all of his milestones early as a result of her attentive approach- I loved that she was experienced with Montessori as that was the style of learning we wanted for him. She regularly went above & beyond helping me w/ feeding, sterilizing bottles / pump parts / making sure I was able to rest worry free- I will always recommend her because of the positive impact she had on mine & my child’s lives❤️

Rachelle has been everything we hoped for and more as a caretaker to our 7-month old daughter. She is so caring, responsible, and creative and our daughter loves spending time with her. She helps our daughter reach her milestones with exercises and creative play and she is a total baby whisperer and can get our baby down for naps so easily. She also has been so helpful with household tasks and taking care of our pet cat. Rachelle has given us incredible peace of mind knowing that our baby is in such kind and capable hands. Rachelle is outstanding.  She has taken care of our two grade-school boys for extended stretches (about 7-8 hours) several times.  The boys love having her because she is 100% present and engaged, very caring, and always brings things for them to do together.  She is also great with pets - we have 3 dogs and she helps with food, medicine, and walking.  She is patient, mature and reliable, and clearly loves what she does.  We highly recommend her.

Rachelle is currently taking care of our 4 month old baby. As a new parent going back to work, having Rachelle there to provide excellent care to our baby made the transition much easier. 
She is very knowledgeable in infant care from developmental milestones to feeding recommendations, and she is assisting us with his sleep routines as well. 
If I could give her more than 5 stars, I certainly would!

Rachelle has been caring for our 3 month old baby.  She has been reliable and professional.  She is very respectful of our home and is always willing to help around the house.  She is calm natured and patient, both great qualities for working with an infant.  She has also been very detailed and accommodating to our  wishes.  Our daughter is in physical therapy and Rachelle makes sure she gets her stretches done during the day, and is great about making sure our daughter gets all her ounces of milk in during the day to set up  a good night sleep.  She is also very good at tracking her activity, naps, food, etc. in a shared app our whole family is using, so we always know where our daughter stands with naps, food, and diapers for when we take over at the end of the work day.  She's also very good at communicating with us regarding anything of note she thinks we should know.  We are very happy with her services.

Rachelle intuitively "gets" children. She is very obviously a great mother and caregiver. I felt 100% confident in leaving my child in her capable care. She's super creative, calm and has the patience of a Saint. You and your children would be lucky to have her. Can't say enough good things!

Rachelle loves children. She is a kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable caregiver. She has fun ideas and creative activities that help children learn and enjoy developing talents and skills.

Rachelle is especially skilled in infant care. Her attentiveness in taking care of babies' needs is exactly what a parent wants when placing their precious infants in her care. Rachelle sings and talks to babies and interacts with them in patient and loving ways. She is patient and skilled in tenderly meeting infants' needs.

I highly recommend Rachelle's care giving talents and skills!

Rachelle is super fun! My 13 yr old twins still ask about her and adore her.  She's reliable, super smart, and was forgiving when my schedule was crazy. 

She's great with kids and reassuring to new parents. 

I always came home to a clean house and clean laundry.  

She did super fun art projects with the kids like painting rocks, paper mache, painting on canvas, finger painting, sidewalk chalk. 

She's taken them on fun outings to the park, museums and the zoo. 

Classical music was often playing when I'd return and the kids were always sad to see her go, they really love her! She's great at supervising music practice and encouraging the kids to share their feelings about lessons, school, friends, anything. She has such a calming presence and happy attitude. We love her! You'd be lucky to hire her.

She is an absolute gem!! We have 7 kids, 2 with special needs, and she met them all on their level and had everyone laughing and engaged in activities. Absolutely adored her !!
