Hello! My name is Rachelle and I am 23 years old, originally from Rochester, NY but have been in Nashville for the past two years! I often like to say that I am a lifelong nanny, meaning that I've been helping care for children since I was little. A huge contributor to that is growing up with 7 siblings and 17 foster siblings throughout the years. Additionally, I have been a professional nanny for three families and a daycare provider in college, all ranging in ages of newborn-12 years. So, I think it's safe to say that I love kiddos! :) I am a huge advocate for free-play, crafts, and using our imaginations! It's much more fun that way, in my opinion! Rachelle interviewed with us and we didn't make the process an easy one! She took the time to answer over a dozen questions for us and all of her responses were well thought out and detailed. It's clear she has great experience and a good grasp on the job/responsibilities of being a nanny. We ultimately decided to go with a candidate who was older and had more experience with newborns but Rachelle was a real contender!
