About Rachelle

Hello! My name is Rachelle. I have been caring for children of all ages for over 6 years in private homes and professional settings. I am CPR and first aid certified, enjoy arts and crafts, love outdoors, and have had teaching and potty training experience. I understand and have taught children basic ASL to children as young as 6 months. My most recent experience has been with 2 great children, ages 4 and 7. During my time with them I am assisting them with virtual learning, maintaining a schedule, aiding with reading practice for both the boys. I've had experience using IXL, Raz kids, google classroom, and more. I have had experience in a preschool as an assistant teacher for the Get Set class at the Goddard School. This was a class of 2-3-year-olds. I have been trained for all aspects regarding child care, some including handling emergencies and crisis situations, appropriate learning material for each age group. I've had experience training through the Quality Rated standards.
