I am a certified EMT (CPR, BLS, first aid, etc all included), as well as a registered Phlebotomist - but have been working in childcare for over a decade! A little extra info about me: - Comfortable with all age ranges and experience with some special needs. - Traditional learning experience (co-taught and substituted at a private school with ages 1-4), but a keen interest in Waldorf-style education. - Reliable transportation! Jeep Wrangler 2019 that is cleaned regularly and up-to-date on maintenance. Space for car seats if needed. - I like to be active and outdoors in all weather! I have no problem (and would love to) take your little ones on adventures in nature and visit museums. - Love pets and animals of all kinds! I have had dogs, rabbits, and frogs. We had a wonderful experience with Rachel. She came to help us shortly after we moved to CT and was an incredible support system as we transitioned to live in a new town. She was primarily with our 1 year old, but was often with our older boys after school. She would help drop them to activities, play dates, prepare their lunches for the next day, get dinner ready (she made some delicious meals) and play with them. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Rachel.
