About Rachel

I am a creative and passionate educator with 5 years of experience in elementary classrooms with an expertise in early literacy foundational skills. I am certified in the Orton Gillingham approach to reading and have 5 years experience tutoring students with dyslexia. Additionally, I have experience babysitting, part time nannying, and volunteer child care with elementary children. My mission is to make learning a journey of growth and discovery. I believe in creating a safe and inclusive space where learning is blended with emotional growth. I'm passionate about creating learning experiences where mistakes are growing opportunities, and every "lightbulb" moment is a victory.
