Hi! I'm Rachel - a dependable, patient, and caring childcare provider with experience supporting children of all ages. I've been babysitting for friends and family for over 10 years and have worked as a respite caregiver for foster children ages 1-8, where I provided a safe, calm, and fun environment. I also have experience as a 5th-grade substitute teacher, which taught me how to connect with kids, maintain routines, and keep days running smoothly. On a personal note, I'm a proud stepmom to three amazing kids, giving me daily, hands-on experience in nurturing, guiding, and understanding children with different personalities and needs.
