Rachel is my daughter. I would not give her a reference if she were not an excellent caregiver for children. Her disposition is sunny and cheerful. She is honest and trustworthy. Her love of teaching children resulted in her Bachelor's degree in elementary education, with which she graduated with honors. She has experience with children as her cousin has 4 children and she is the go to babysitter, the children love her. She also has 2 nephews that she interacts with on a regular basis and is always thinking of creative ideas of how to keep them busy and occupied. Anyone who knows her would highly recommend her, as I have!
