Caring for others isn't just a job for me; it's a calling. My experience caring for my mother during her battle with cancer instilled in me a deep passion for supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. For the past three years, I've been providing respite care, transportation, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly, and I understand the importance of building trust and respecting the dignity of those in my care. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with understanding. I always follow the family's preferred communication method. I have some college experience, a car, and am comfortable with pets. Knowing I can make a positive impact each day brings me immense gratitude.
