Do yourself a favor and hire Rachel! I was very nervous to have someone besides family care for our children, but quickly felt at ease with her. She is reliable, trustworthy, kind, easygoing, and a good communicator. She was also incredibly patient with our 2 year old and so great with our infant. With her early childhood education degree and experience she seemed to know just what activities to do with my kiddos to fit their unique needs. We are so pleased we found Rachel!
