About Rachel

I am a compassionate caregiver with experience supporting children with diverse needs, including neurodivergent children (I have two of my own) and as a medical professional I can also take care of those with complex medical requirements. My focus is on creating a safe, nurturing environment that supports each child's unique personality, abilities, and challenges. I am CPR trained. I am familiar with tube feeding, oxygen, seizures, and behavioral health. I bring patience, empathy, and strong communication skills to every interaction, while also maintaining consistency and boundaries to encourage positive routines. I understand the importance of flexibility, individualized approaches, and collaboration with families to provide the best possible care. I am looking for a position as a relief worker for your date nights, self care days, errands, or personal time as my schedule varies.
