Hi there! My name is Rachel; I hold an advanced degree in Social Services with over 9 years of experience providing high-quality, personalized care to children and teens ranging from 2 y/o to 18 and up. In addition to my childcare services, I have 6+ years of hands-on experience supporting individuals with Autism, ADHD, developmental/ intellectual disabilities, and mental health challenges. I've worked extensively with both children & adults in day programs and private settings. I consider myself friendly, enthusiastic, nurturing, uplifting, reliable, and supportive. I enjoy creating safe, engaging, and fun environments! Here's a few facts about me: I have my car for reliable transportation I am originally from Saratoga Springs, NY I love the outdoors, exploring, and staying active I enjoy cooking, baking, and trying new recipes I love animals! I have two sweet kitties, Piper and Berly.
