About Rachel

Hi! My name is Rachel. I have over 20 years of childcare experience. I was a respite care provider for 13 years working with special needs children and their typically developing siblings. I've always loved children and am passionate about providing care. During our time together, we will play games, do science experiments, crafts and outdoor adventures. I enjoy reading with children, engaging in their interests, and overall supporting children of all needs and abilities. I have worked with children with autism, down syndrome, other special needs. I'm experienced in tube feeding, seizures, complex medical conditions, and can help with medical transfers. I have reliable transportation. Additionally, I am CPR/First aid certified and have medication administration training. I'm comfortable with pets. I can provide references upon request.
