Most recent review
Rachel cared for, walked, and groomed our Schnauzer, Rupert. He was never quick to warm up to strangers, yet he sensed her sincerity and natural affinity for animals and bonded with her almost immediately. She fed him, bathed him, walked him, and consistently made him feel like he was one of the most important parts of her day. She earned a level of trust that Schnauzers are famously reluctant to give. Rachel brings a gentleness and passion that is characteristic of people who are truly born to provide animal‑care services. Her instincts, patience, and calm presence made a remarkable difference in Rupert’s comfort and confidence. I recommend her without hesitation for engagement with others’ pets because of the exceptional impact she had through her many interactions with Rupert.
