Rachel started as a nanny for us when our baby was just shy of a year old, and she's been an excellent addition to our family! In addition to playing with our now toddler and providing general care, she also helps with meal prep for lunch and snacks, cleanup, and baby laundry. Rachel helps our toddler seamlessly with tough transitions, including when mommy has to leave or getting ready for nap time (seriously - if I could pay her just to come over for naptime on her off days I would!). Our toddler is always excited for "Rae Rae" to come over, and asks about her all the time. Rachel has helped our toddler with her speech development, including teaching her more signs. She is always on time and very communicative.
