About Rachel

Hi families! My name is Rachel, and I'm a mom of two toddlers with a lifelong passion for working with children. I have a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education and 15 years of professional experience as an educator. Throughout my career, I've worked as a preschool teacher, director, and school education manager, and I currently serve as the Director of an afterschool program. My background has given me extensive experience with children of all ages and a strong understanding of child development, routines, age-appropriate activities, and creating a safe, nurturing environment. As a mom myself, I understand how important it is to find someone you truly trust with your children. I'm currently looking to connect with families who need occasional childcare, especially for date nights, weeknights, or weekends. I'd love to find a family where I can become a trusted, familiar sitter you feel comfortable calling whenever you need an extra set of hands!
