Rachel took wonderful care of an 85-year-old woman for a week on vacation. She was only supposed to come for two nights but completely rearranged her schedule when someone else fell through. She came for six overnights and a good part of the weekend during the day also. She assisted her charge with moving from one place to another, getting ready for bed, and help in the middle of the night. She was always cheerful and had a great attitude. She made a number of suggestions that were helpful about positioning, eating, and drinking. She did dishes and played with our six-year-old when she wasn't busy. She even texted during the day about a program that she knew my mother-in-law wanted to see. She would be a great person to hire for any senior care job (or child care, for that matter)..
