About Rachele

I've spent eight years working with kids of all ages. Most of that time was at a daycare, where I worked with every age from infants up to 10 and 11-year-olds. I also nannied for a 2- and 4-year-old for a year, and I was a lead camp counselor for kids ages 3 to 7 for 5 years. I double majored in psychology and communication in college and took coursework in early childhood development, and both shape how I work with kids at different ages. I'm patient and calm, and I'll stick to your house rules and routines so things stay consistent for your kids. I like to keep parents updated however works best for them, whether that's texts, photos, or a quick rundown at the end of the day. I like keeping kids busy with board games, crafts, and getting outside to play sports. I'm also a strong swimmer, so I'm comfortable watching kids at the pool. I'm happy to help with light housekeeping, and I'm open to traveling with families too.
