Rachele started working with our family when I had two daughters, ages 3 and 1. It was a stressful time for us because we had recently moved and had previously had a childcare arrangement that did not work out/bad fit. Rachele blended perfectly into our household dynamic and very quickly developed a close relationship with my daughters. She helped us get into a good schedule, helped my daughters with potty training, made healthy meals for them, and accompanied them to preschool and other activities. After a few months I became pregnant with my third daughter. Rachele rushed over in the middle of the night when I went into labor so she could stay home with the two older girls. We were together every weekday during my maternity leave, and she really became a great friend in addition to our nanny. Rachele went above and beyond scheduling play dates for my kids, keeping our house clean and organized, and truly loving my kids and building their confidence.
