Rachel is a breath of fresh air. Literally. She is quick with learning all the details of the job, confident, poised, on point with all instructions and goes above and beyond what expectations are. We have an elderly dog and elderly dad which means we needed a lot of help. She loves our dog, gets on the grass with her, holds her and hugs her. She is giant blessing to our family in a major time of need.
