About Rachel

Hi! I'm Ray (Rachel). I've been working with kids for about three years as a camp counselor and an after-school daycare teacher, and I truly love what I do. I'm an elementary education major and plan to become a teacher, so childcare is something I'm genuinely passionate about. I'm CPR trained and safety-focused, but I also believe childhood should be fun and active. I love being outside, playing games, and being involved in kids' play rather than just supervising. I'm most comfortable with children ages 3 and up, which is where most of my experience is. While I don't have much experience with infants, I'm confident with preschool and school-age kids. I'm reliable, easygoing, and happy to help however I can, including light cleaning, tidying, dishes, laundry, and simple cooking or meal prep. I'm also comfortable around pets and enjoy being part of a family's routine. I'd love the chance to support your family and care for your kids.
