About Rachel

I've been working in childcare for the past 3 years. I've had the joy of working with all age groups, from infants to school aged children in a variety of settings like daycares, early learning centers, and a special needs school. I'm currently pursuing my associate's degree in Business Management, and I'm proud to be balancing my education with my passion for working with children. I really enjoy working with children because it gives me the chance to build real connections, be more involved, and give care that fits each child's unique needs and personality. I'm CPR certified, hold a Level I Teaching Assistant Certification, and speak both English and Spanish. I also have my own car, so I'm dependable when it comes to transportation and punctuality. Above all, my priority is creating a safe, calm, and loving environment where kids can feel secure and be themselves. It's important that both children and parents feel supported, and I'm here to help however I can.
