About Rachel

I am a New York State certified Early Childhood Teacher qualified to care for and educate children from birth through second grade. Over the past three years, I have supported children's growth and development from infancy through age eight from being the Lead Teacher at Preschool and Childcare Center, as well as a second grade teacher in the North Syracuse Central School District. I am passionate about sparking curiosity and creativity through play, arts and crafts, hands-on learning activities, and a wide selection of children's literature that I own. I am experienced with infant and toddler care, including diaper changes, bottle preparation, and warming breast milk, as well as maintaining a clean and organized environment. With my own reliable transportation, I am available for full-time or part-time nanny opportunities. I am also happy to assist with light household chores, such as dishes and laundry, to help your home run smoothly.
