About Rachel

Hi there! I'm Rachel. I'm 30 years old, and am considering a move to Oconomowoc, Wisconsin to be with my husband while he plays baseball with the Lake Country DockHounds from May - September. I graduated college in 2017 with a degree in Child and Adolescent Development, where I went on to work with autistic kiddos in the field of ABA. I worked full time in ABA and babysat 2 siblings after work, 3x a week for 3 years after college. I then moved out of the Los Angeles area and began long-term substitute teaching for 2 years, in various grade levels (Kinder, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th). I completed my M. S. in ABA in May 2023, and have been working full time in ABA working with individuals who engage in severe problem behaviors. I have always loved working with kiddos and feel that I bring great energy, knowledge and compassion to successfully support and care for children of all needs. I would love to be a part of your family for the summer in Wisconsin!
