Rachel has babysat for my two boys, ages 9 and 10, for the last 10 months, and ongoing. She is reliable, warm, and enthusiastic; and she is motivated to do a good job. She plays actively with my kids; she doesn't sit around looking at her phone while they watch TV. Rachel and the boys may talk, bake, read books, play games, or fold paper into interesting shapes. My kids very much enjoy and look forward to Rachel's visits, and she truly seems to enjoy spending time with them, too.
