About Rachel

I am a warm, gentle and joyful caregiver. I love supporting little ones becoming the brightest versions of themselves they can be. I also care a great deal for providing warm companionship and daily support to seniors needing care. Born into a large family, and to a mother who was a CNA, caregiving became a natural part of my life early on. I began working as a caregiver when I was an adolescent for children in the neighborhood. Since then I've worked as a professional career nanny, elderly caregiver and house manager, offering families dynamic support. I have also worked in hospitality and as a personal meal prep chef. Part of what makes me a well-attuned caregiver is that I am a cranial sacral therapist with training in human development, movement therapy, nervous system attunement, tranistional support and nature connection. In my spare time I like to sing and play music, work in the garden and nourish others! I love flowers, making beauty and weaving. I'd love to support you!
